Most hotels, restaurants and shops in Tenerife accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, 4B ...), indicating it with posters at the entrance of the establishment.
Note that in some establishments (restaurants, shops ...) is not supported payment with bills of 100, 200 and 500 Euros.
