Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo
Bajamar, a coastal town about 3 km. of Tejina, has a series of natural pools: two large and one child, with showers and changing rooms. Access is free.
There is also a small sandy beach near the jetty, next to the pools, from where a walk along the coast.
Very near pools are numerous bars and restaurants.
Playa del Arenal. This beach is between Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo, black sand or pebbles, depending on the time of year and the tides. Is accessible to the beach by a path that some of the main road from the old Hotel Neptuno.
It is usually frequented by practitioners of the surf.
The road leading to Bajamar continues along the coast and ends in Punta del Hidalgo. This small fishing and tourist center has a small natural pool in the coastal areas of the sandstone, free access.
The coastline is characterized by abundant tidal creeks and pools, especially in the area of the ravine.
There are a number of popular restaurants in the vicinity of the main road and another in Punta del Hidalgo.
In the entire coastal area, the waves can become very strong, so we must exercise caution.
