Schedules

The timing of meals normally a little later than in the rest of Europe: breakfast, a style much like the mainland is taken between 08.00 and 10.30 hours in the morning. Do you drive?

To drive in Tenerife / Spain you must be 18 years to rent a car, age 21. As for the license:

  • If you are from member countries of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, you need only carry a driver's license in force.

  • If you come from a country other than the above must possess an International Driving Permit.

Any tourist traveling in their own vehicles should be aware that you may require a temporary road permit. You can request this permission from the Customs and shall have a term of 6 months.

What to bring

Documentation

Travel to Tenerife is easy. The documentation required varies depending on the country where you proceed.

If a citizen of any Member State of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein only need the National Identity Card or passport. In the case of a minor and traveling with the National Identity Document, it must be accompanied by a permit from the parent or guardian concerned.

Possibly one of the following countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Republic of Korea, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Uruguay and Venezuela, needs to present a valid passport to enter Spain, allowing you to stay for a maximum period of 90 days.

If you come from another country, in line with EU standards must apply for a visa at the Consulate of Spain in their homes. Also required his official passport.

Holidays
